Shipping policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through www.finesupplements.co.uk.
The website is operated by Fine Supplements Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11483149, with its registered office at 8 Hansard Gate, West Meadows Industrial Estate, Derby, England, DE21 6AR.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver only to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery availability is determined by the address and postcode entered during checkout. An order can be delivered only where our checkout displays an available delivery service for the supplied address.
Some locations, postcodes, islands, remote areas, restricted premises or carrier-excluded addresses may have limited delivery options or may not be eligible for delivery.
We do not currently offer international delivery through the website.
2. Current UK Delivery Options
The following delivery services currently apply to eligible UK orders:
| Delivery service | Qualifying order value | Delivery charge | Estimated service time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Delivery | £0.00–£29.99 | £0.99 | 2–4 business days |
| Standard Delivery | £30.00 or more | Free | 2–4 business days |
| Express Delivery | £10.00–£49.99 | £1.99 | 1–3 business days |
| Express Delivery | £50.00 or more | Free | 1–3 business days |
Express Delivery is not currently offered for orders with a qualifying value below £10.00.
The services, charges and estimates shown during checkout for your particular order and delivery address will apply to that order.
3. Calculating the Qualifying Order Value
Free-delivery thresholds and price-based delivery rates are normally calculated using the qualifying merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and promotional reductions have been applied and before delivery charges are added.
Products excluded from a promotion or delivery offer may not count toward the relevant threshold where this is clearly stated.
Gift cards, store credit, delivery charges and other non-merchandise amounts do not normally count toward a free-delivery threshold.
If a discount or partial cancellation reduces the qualifying merchandise subtotal below a delivery threshold before dispatch, the delivery service or charge may be recalculated where permitted by law and clearly shown or agreed before the order is accepted.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery appointments unless we expressly confirm in writing that a particular date or service is guaranteed.
Business days normally mean Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Estimated timeframes may be affected by:
- The time and day on which the order is placed;
- Order-processing and payment-verification requirements;
- Product availability;
- The destination postcode;
- Carrier capacity and operating schedules;
- UK bank holidays and seasonal peak periods;
- Severe weather or transport disruption;
- Address, access or delivery-instruction problems; and
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
The most relevant delivery options and estimates available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Unless a different period has been agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
5. Order Processing
Orders may require processing, payment authorisation, address verification, fraud-prevention checks and stock confirmation before dispatch.
Submitting an order does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Orders placed outside business hours, during weekends or on UK bank holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.
We may contact you if we require additional information to verify or fulfil the order. A delay in receiving the requested information may delay dispatch.
6. Order Acceptance and Dispatch
An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily confirm acceptance.
A binding sales contract is normally formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, unless we expressly accept the order at an earlier time.
We will normally send a dispatch notification to the email address supplied with the order.
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be included in the dispatch notification or provided separately by the delivery carrier.
Tracking information may require time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
7. Separate or Split Shipments
Products from the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately because of stock location, product availability, parcel size or operational requirements.
If an order is split into more than one shipment, you may receive separate dispatch notifications and tracking references.
You will not be charged an additional delivery fee solely because we decide to split an order after it has been placed.
8. Delivery Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address, including:
- The recipient’s full name;
- House number or building name;
- Street name;
- Flat, unit or company information where applicable;
- Town or city;
- The correct postcode;
- A valid email address; and
- A valid contact telephone number where requested.
Please check the delivery information carefully before submitting the order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.
For security and fraud-prevention reasons, a substantial address change may require cancellation and replacement of the original order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address information supplied by the customer. Reasonable additional recovery or redelivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
9. Safe Places, Neighbours and Customer Instructions
If you ask us or the carrier to leave a parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, at a collection point or according to another delivery instruction, you are responsible for ensuring that the requested arrangement is suitable and secure.
If you change the delivery instructions directly with the carrier after dispatch, you are responsible for ensuring that the revised address or location is correct and accessible.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility where a loss was caused by our breach, by a carrier acting on our behalf or by a failure to follow the delivery instructions that were actually agreed.
10. Delivery Attempts and Collection Points
The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts or redirect a parcel to an eligible collection point, depot, locker or neighbour in accordance with the selected service and any authorised instructions.
You are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting the parcel within any deadline specified by the carrier.
If a parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us.
11. Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not by itself provide clear notice that you wish to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, you should contact us directly.
If a parcel is returned because:
- The address supplied was incorrect or incomplete;
- The recipient was unavailable and did not rearrange delivery;
- The parcel was not collected within the carrier’s deadline;
- Delivery was refused without clear cancellation notice; or
- The carrier could not complete delivery for a reason attributable to the customer,
we may deduct reasonable and evidenced direct costs of return, recovery or redelivery from any amount otherwise refundable, where permitted by law.
If you request redelivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
12. Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruption, severe weather, peak trading periods, road or transport problems, technical failures, supply interruption or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise delays and will provide available information where appropriate.
If delivery is materially delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate.
If delivery does not take place within an agreed essential deadline, or within the period required by applicable consumer law, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund for the affected products.
Nothing in this policy removes or reduces any statutory right relating to late delivery.
13. Missing Parcels
If tracking indicates that a parcel has not progressed or you believe it is missing, please contact us through our Contact page.
We may ask you to confirm:
- Your order number and delivery address;
- Whether anyone else at the address accepted the parcel;
- Whether the parcel was left with a neighbour or in an authorised safe place;
- Whether the carrier left a delivery card or notification; and
- Any relevant tracking or delivery information.
We may need a reasonable period to investigate with the carrier. This does not remove any right to an appropriate remedy where the order was not delivered.
14. Parcels Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check the delivery address on the order;
- Check any safe places around the property;
- Ask household members, reception staff or neighbours;
- Review any photograph or delivery note supplied by the carrier; and
- Contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing.
We may open an investigation with the carrier and request reasonable confirmation or evidence from you.
A carrier’s delivered scan will be considered as part of the investigation but will not automatically remove any legal responsibility we may have for delivery.
15. Damaged Parcels or Products
Please inspect the parcel and products promptly after delivery.
If the parcel or any product is damaged, leaking, opened, tampered with or otherwise compromised, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 48 hours.
The 48-hour request helps us investigate promptly but does not shorten or remove your statutory rights.
Please retain:
- The affected product;
- All internal and external packaging;
- The delivery label;
- Any damaged seals or containers; and
- Photographs showing the condition on arrival.
Do not use or consume a product where its safety seal is broken, its contents have leaked or you reasonably suspect contamination.
16. Risk and Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or into the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered or arranged by us, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier, as permitted by law.
Where you expressly authorise delivery to a safe place, neighbour or alternative location, responsibility may pass when delivery is completed according to those authorised instructions, subject to applicable law.
17. Delivery Promotions
Free-delivery offers may be subject to:
- A minimum qualifying merchandise subtotal;
- The selected delivery service;
- Eligible UK delivery addresses;
- Product or brand exclusions;
- Promotional dates; and
- Any conditions clearly displayed with the offer.
Standard Delivery is currently free on qualifying orders of £30.00 or more.
Express Delivery is currently free on qualifying orders of £50.00 or more.
We may introduce, amend or withdraw delivery promotions for future orders. Any delivery charge confirmed for an accepted order will not be retrospectively increased without your agreement.
18. Changes to Delivery Services or Rates
Delivery services, thresholds, charges and estimates may change from time to time because of carrier pricing, operational requirements or promotional offers.
The delivery options and charges displayed during checkout before you submit your order will apply to that order.
If a technical or pricing error is obvious and is discovered before order acceptance, we may contact you to correct the error or cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.
19. Returns
Delivery and return postage are governed separately.
For information about cancellation, return eligibility, opened supplements, return postage and refunds, please read our Return and Refund Policy.
Do not send returns to our registered office unless that address has been expressly confirmed in your return instructions.
20. Contact Us
For delivery questions or problems, please contact us through our Contact page.
Please include your order number, delivery postcode and a clear description of the issue.
