Order Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return it, we are here to assist you. Please contact our Customer Service team, who will guide you through the return process. Prior to initiating a return, kindly ensure the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be complete and unopened, especially in the case of food supplements, to comply with health and hygiene regulations where the safety seal must remain intact after delivery.

  • Products believed to be defective or damaged within the terms of the warranty period are eligible for return.

  • For clothing items, the original labels must be attached.

Warranty Terms

As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory warranties that guarantee the product will perform as reasonably expected. Additionally, certain products such as fitness equipment, blenders, and electronics benefit from a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. This manufacturer warranty is supplemental and does not limit your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Promotional credits or discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash or returns.

  • Perishable goods that may expire within the cooling-off period are not eligible for returns.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our Customer Service to request a return.

  2. You will receive a withdrawal form and an RET (Return) number via email.

  3. Complete the withdrawal form and include it in the return package.

  4. Mark the RET number clearly on the exterior of the package.

  5. Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

A return shipping fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund, including any initial shipping charges.

Payment Obligations

Your right of withdrawal does not exempt you from payment obligations. All payments remain due within the agreed terms.

Exchanges

Please note that product exchanges are not available.

Exceptions to Return Shipping Charges

No return shipping fees will apply if:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product is past its expiration date.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers retain the right to return items within 30 days from receipt, regardless of the reason. During this period, you may inspect and assess the product in a manner consistent with in-store conditions, unless otherwise specified. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the product comes into your possession or that of a designated third party. Upon withdrawal, refunds—including applicable shipping charges—will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notification, excluding additional costs where you selected a shipping method other than the least expensive standard delivery.

If only part of your order is returned, delivery costs will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no fees deducted. Refunds may be withheld until returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided. You must return the goods within 30 days of withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs and any depreciation due to use beyond inspection are your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.

The fastest way to initiate a return is by contacting our Customer Service via chat, telephone, or WhatsApp. Alternatively, you may submit a written withdrawal notice or download the withdrawal form here and follow the instructions below:

  • Provide your order number and specify the products to be returned.

  • Receive a confirmation email, return form, and RET number.

  • Include the completed return form in your package.

  • Package your items securely to ensure safe return.

  • Submit the return package at a DPD Pick-up location.

  • Retain the proof of shipment and Track & Trace information for your records.
